Connect Booking.com to Mawa

Short answer
In the Booking.com extranet, open Account, then Connectivity provider, search for Channex and accept. Channex is the partner Mawa uses to talk to Booking.com. Then, in Mawa, open Channels, switch your rooms to Listed, press Connect / manage, choose Booking.com and enter your property ID.
Before you start
- You need extranet access with permission to change account settings.
- Booking.com allows one connectivity provider per property. If you use another channel manager, remove it first, or your calendar will be managed by two systems.
Steps
- Sign in at admin.booking.com.
- Open Account, then Connectivity provider.
- Search for Channex, select it and accept the terms.
- Copy the property ID shown next to your property name.
- In Mawa, open Channels and turn on the switch next to each room you want on Booking.com.
- Next to the building, press Connect / manage.
- Choose Booking.com and paste the property ID.
- Link each Booking.com room type to the matching Mawa room. If the same unit is also on Airbnb, link both to the same Mawa room.
What Booking.com does not share
Photos, descriptions and amenities stay on Booking.com. Edit them in the extranet as before.
