Questions
What counts as a unit?
Anything you rent out: a hotel room, an apartment, a villa. A 30-room hotel is 30 units. Units you archive stop counting.
How does monthly billing work?
After your 14-day trial, your card is charged on the same date every month. Yearly plans are charged once and cost 10 months instead of 12.
Which currency am I charged in?
All plans are billed in US dollars. Prices in AED, SAR and EGP are shown for guidance and follow the daily exchange rate.
What happens when I pass 20 units on Pro?
You move to Business. At 20 units, Pro with Finance is $223 a month and Business is $229 a month with Finance included, so the move adds features, not a price jump.
Can I leave?
Yes. Export every booking, guest and payment to Excel at any time. Your data is yours.
