Does Mawa work with Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes. Connect your accounts and Mawa keeps availability in sync across both, and pulls bookings and guest messages in. Until the connection goes live on your account, you can add bookings by hand or import them.
Do I have to retype my data?
No. Upload the spreadsheet you use today. You match your columns to ours once, and Mawa brings in buildings, units, rooms, tenants and what each tenant owes.
Can my landlords see their own numbers?
You send each landlord a monthly statement per unit: income, expenses by category, your management fee and their net. They never see your other landlords or your company totals.
Do guests, tenants or cleaners need to download an app?
No. They use WhatsApp. Links open a simple page on their phone for check-in, payments and cleaning or maintenance jobs.
Can my admin staff see how much the company collects?
No. Admins see the amount on the booking they are working on. Totals, collections and landlord statements are only visible to Finance and Super Admin.
What happens when the trial ends?
Add a card and keep going. If you do not, your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.
Where are guest and tenant IDs stored?
Encrypted, in your own account only. Other companies on Mawa cannot see any of your data, and you can export or delete it at any time.
