Connect Airbnb to Mawa

Short answer

In Mawa, open Channels and press Import from Airbnb (or Connect Airbnb during sign-up). Sign in to Airbnb and approve. Back in Mawa, create a new unit for each listing or link it to one you already have, check the prices, and go live. Upcoming reservations arrive within a few minutes.

Before you start

  • Connect with the main host account. Airbnb only lets the main host of a listing connect a channel manager. If you are a co-host, ask the main host to connect, or the sync will not work.
  • Each Airbnb account is one connection, and can be connected to one Mawa company only.

Steps

  1. In Mawa, open Channels and press Import from Airbnb.
  2. Press Connect Airbnb and sign in to Airbnb with the account that owns your listings.
  3. Approve the connection. Mawa connects through Channex, a certified Airbnb partner, so you may see the Channex name on Airbnb.
  4. Back in Mawa, you see your listings. For each one, create a new unit (it comes with the title, photos, guests and price) or link it to a unit you already have.
  5. Check the price a night and minimum stay of each unit, tick the two boxes, and press Go live.

After you connect

Mawa sends each unit's prices and open nights from its Calendar. Change prices in Mawa, not on Airbnb: see why your price on Airbnb changed.
